My story started back in 2012 when I realized my health was going downhill… It was due of the amount of junk food I used to eat and living a sedentary lifestyle. I used to have high cholesterol and suffered from many kidney stones. Ouch, it was really painful! I knew I needed to make a change and decided to take better care of myself. I can still remember my first day at the gym. It was really hard to step out of my comfort zone but I knew I was making the right choice. I read many science based books and educated myself on the basics of nutrition and physical activity. I worked really hard to earn my personal trainer certification and obtained my degree in Nutrition Science. It was a really long road but every step, every mile was worth the effort. I participated in two big fitness competitions and actually won first place in both of them. In 2015, I gave birth to my beautiful daughter. A lot has changed since then but I still manage to eat healthy and workout every day. I was able to bounce back from pregnancy and maintain the body I’ve always dreamed of. Now, with my knowledge and experience, I want to help other’s achieve their dream bodies too. Most importantly, to just be happy and comfortable in their own skin.

The Bella Falconi Online Coaching Program is a project conceived by one of the pioneers in the social media fitness movement, Bella Falconi. Bella holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and is a Certified Personal Trainer by the ISSA. Our aim is to assist and guide those that seek a healthier lifestyle by changing their eating habits and becoming more active.

Our team is made up of highly qualified professionals, experts in the areas of nutrition science, and physical training. We work with PhD’s, Registered Dietitians (RDs) and top-level personal trainers who specialize in the areas of exercise physiology, kinesiology, rehabilitation training, calisthenics, and bodybuilding. Our nutrition team has extensive experience in the areas of holistic nutrition, plant-based diets, and specialty meals plans such as ketogenic and intermittent fasting.

Our office is located in Tampa, Florida – United States (US).
We stay in contact and monitor you through our on-line platform, which can be accessed anywhere in the world from a device with an Internet connection. This allows us to individualize each program based on your specific goals and needs. All the programs are developed by nutrition experts, reviewed by registered dietitians and approved by Bella Falconi.
We believe that every successful journey begins with small steps that take you towards a better version of yourself. FAD diets and short-term fixes are temporary and don’t last. We believe that we should educate and provide you with all of the tools that you need to succeed. Our programs are designed so that you can change your lifestyle to one that you can feel proud of and a body that you can feel comfortable in. We see ourselves as your coaches to guide you in this journey. We care about you and we want to be there for you throughout the process.
We care about the well-being of our clients. For this reason, we do not accept clients with any medical conditions, including pregnancy. Additionally, our program is not recommended for individuals with injuries. If you have a medical condition or injury, we will, at times, refer you to professionals who may be able to better assist you.
All clients will fill out an extensive, yet important profile questionnaire with information about your weight, height, and nutrition habits. Though we do not require lab work or medical information, it may be helpful to have your latest results handy (only if you have them). We also recommend obtaining more accurate body composition measurements such as body fat percentage. Check with your local gym or training facility to see if they have equipment to perform these tests.
Since Team Bella Falconi business is registered and located in the United States (US), all payments must be made in US Dollars using PayPal (using an international credit card or bank account). PayPal accepts all major credit cards. No split payments will be accepted. You will receive the plan within 7 days. If you do not receive it within this time period, please check your Spam folder.
It is important that you fill out the questionnaire correctly at the beginning of the process so that we can prepare your plan properly. However, it is always possible to request changes.
Plans are revised and updated every 4 weeks. If you like your plan the way it is and would like to continue, please notify us. Caloric needs vary as you start to change your body composition. It is important to know if there are any weight changes as we will need to adjust your caloric and macronutrient values accordingly.
While we do not require photos, they are helpful for both you and us to track your changes. Sometimes photos speak louder than the number on the scale. Progress photos allow us to monitor your journey and make adjustments accordingly. The photos are maintained internally and will never be disclosed or released without your expressed authorization.
Due to the large volume of clients, email is our primary method of communication. Remember that our team will reply to your email within 48 hours. We will also be available via WhatsApp soon.
Yes. Our training plans are developed based on the needs of the client and can be managed from home, a park or gym – anywhere in the world.
We believe food always comes first. However, in our plans, we may suggest the use of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and amino acids. Clients are not required to use these recommended supplements. They are purely optional.
Your membership is automatically renewed at the end of the billing cycle for the plan you selected. You must cancel at least 3 days before your billing cycle ends to avoid charges. Failure to cancel 3 days in advance will result in a full charge for the next billing period.
Our programs are proven evidence-based approaches that have been shown to work in thousands of clients. However, everyone is different and we do our best to find the program that is most suitable for you. Nutrition coaching is a process. Please think of this as a marathon, not a sprint. We know you want results fast but you also want those results to remain long term. Consistency, dedication, and time are the key ingredients to see results.
Absolutely. Our team adjusts the programs according to the goals and needs of each individual client. If your goal is to increase muscle mass, the plan is tailored with that in mind creating caloric surpluses instead of deficits as seen in weight loss plans. All of our programs prioritize health, so whether it is weight loss, weight gain, or to stay fit, we can help.

If you opt for training, your program will be customized based on your needs and goals. The program includes strength training or bodyweight workouts that accommodate whatever equipment you have access to. We will personalize your program based on your training history, the equipment you have access to, and the amount of time you can commit to training. Your training program may also include recommended cardio and warm-up protocols.
We create training programs for all levels using whatever equipment you have access to. No matter how inexperienced or advanced you are, we can create the training program that best fits your needs and maximizes your progress toward your goals.
No, most individuals should not work out every single day. Your program will be customized for your needs and goals. Someone who has never worked out before might start at 1-2 training days per week, while someone who is very advanced might be training 5-6 days per week.
You can still lose weight without working out. Nutrition is the most important factor for losing weight. Working out can help to speed up this process and improve body composition (i.e. losing fat and retaining lean mass).
